# Create a new wallet

**Step 1: Click on "Create a new wallet"**

**Step 2: Choose your wallet name & input referral code (optional)**

**Step 3: Review your wallet addresses and back up your wallet**

At this step, you can see your wallet address for both EVM chains and for Solana.

You then have 2 options:

* **"Continue":** Start using your wallet immediately; you’ll be prompted to back up your seed phrase later.\ <br>

* **"Backup wallet":** Securely back up your seed phrase and confirm it by answering a security question.

Your seed phrase is crucial for wallet recovery. Do not lose or share it with anyone, including those claiming to be from Krystal. If someone obtains your seed phrase, they can access your wallet's assets.

**Step 4: Set up your PIN**

**Step 5: Start using your wallet on 20 chains** &#x20;

If you want to create multiple wallets with the same account:

**Step 1: Click the wallet icon at the top left corner of the Wallet page**

**Step 2: Click the plus button to create a new wallet and follow the instructions**
