๐Ÿ“Œ 1. Introduction

Krystalโ€™s Referral & Affiliate Program is designed to reward users, creators, and liquidity providers for driving real usage and liquidity into Krystal.

By sharing your referral link, you can earn passive income generated from your networkโ€™s trading yield โ€” including LP fees and reward incentives.

Your networkโ€™s yield = Your passive income

๐Ÿ” 4. Referral Program

๐ŸŽฏ Objective

Boost initial user growth, incentivize trading & LP activities.

โ— Key Rules

  • Anyone can become a referrer

  • Simple 1-level reward flow

  • No sub-affiliate structure yet

๐Ÿง  Flow

  1. User generates referral link

  2. Friend joins Krystal using link

  3. Friend performs actions (trade / LP)

  4. Referrer earns cashback from friendโ€™s yields

Designed for first-time users & mass campaigns

๐Ÿงฑ 5. Affiliate Program

๐ŸŽฏ Purpose

Enable professional influencers, communities, and LPers to earn from their own network with 3 levels of sub-affiliates.

Key Characteristics

  • Controlled onboarding (approved by Ops)

  • Each affiliate manages who to share commission with

  • Commission always flows Top โ†’ Bottom

๐Ÿ’ก Commission Logic

Example: Affiliate A receives 50% platform revenue

โ†’ This 50% is treated as 100% commission

A adds A1 โ†’ shares 80%

โ†’ A1 receives 40% profit share

A1 adds A2 โ†’ shares 50%

โ†’ A2 receives 20% profit share

Commission distribution = A โ†’ A1 โ†’ A2

Only first valid parent owns the new wallet permanently

๐Ÿงฎ 6. Commission & Cashback Mechanics

  • Affiliate decides % cashback to give sub-affiliates

  • Cashback is always taken from their own commission pool

  • Platform revenue never changes โ€” only distribution changes

โ“ 7. Case Studies & FAQs

Case 1

Wallet A has 20% rate, invites Wallet B (10% rate).

๐Ÿ’ฌ Wallet B will use its own code

โ†’ But commission still flows A โ†’ B according to defined split

Case 2

Wallet B is invited by both A1 & A2

๐Ÿ’ฌ The first inviter becomes the valid parent.

Invites after that are ignored.

Case 3

Can any user join Affiliate Program?

๐Ÿ’ฌ No โ€” must be approved by Ops/Admin

(based on performance & community value)

๐Ÿ‘‘ 8. Elite LP Group (Invitation-Only)

A special community of top-active LPers on Krystal.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Exclusive Benefits

  • Higher profit-share rate from Day 1

  • Access to premium LP alpha & strategies

  • Dedicated referral code for community expansion

  • They are the only entry gate for new Elite members

To join the Elite Circle โ†’

You must be invited by an existing Elite LP member

This creates a growth flywheel driven by the strongest players.

๐Ÿ’ฐ 9. Revenue Model Breakdown

Krystal earns a percentage of any yield generated on the platform:

  • LP trading fees

  • Reward incentives (e.g., Merkl rewards, boosted APR)

  • Other platform yield sources

From that revenue:

  • A portion is allocated to profit-sharing pool

  • Distributed to affiliates & users based on hierarchy

๐Ÿ“Ž A visual one-pager and revenue projection model will be included in appendix.

๐Ÿ›ก 10. Anti-Abuse & Controls

  • Affiliate access is permissioned

  • Wallet linking is one-time & irreversible

  • Transparent reporting dashboard (future)

  • Ops verify partners before approving upgrades:

    • Performance

    • Community influence

    • Quality of growth
